We are “Mono Square”, a minimalism but feeling modern and stylist coffee shop for fashionista and active young people for perfect selfie which is located in 79/5 Phan Dang Luu, Ward 6, Phu Nhuan District.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the café in terms of HR and basic accounting of the cafe
Train new-hired baristas on drinks preparation and proper use of coffee equipment and expresso machine with Mono recipes
Coordinate and work with vendors and order supplies, as needed (like takeaway cups, coffee beans and other necessary ingredients for stock units)
Maintain updated and follow records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses
Add new menu items based on seasonality and customers’ preferences (for example vegan coffee drinks, Xmas drinks, Valentine’s Day etc)
Advise staff on the best ways to resolve issues with clients and deliver excellent customer service
Ensure all cafe areas are clean and tidy
Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation.
Sales and promotions, support in marketing activities and planning
Requirements:
Have at least 2,5 years of work experience in the position of Store Manager or related positions.
Have experience and knowledge in the coffee business, especially know how to prepare and use expresso machine as barista and passionate in experiment and create new drinks.
Proficient in communication skills in English
Proficient in negotiation and persuasion skills
Experience in using conflict handling skills and team and team development
Honesty, flexibility and willing to learn the new company’s culture
Salary and benefits:
Tue - Sun: 8am to 8pm
Full time contract, social insurance
