COO Builder is the very first company builder in Vietnam which is founded by experienced experts from different fields to invests and builds startups that can change daily life of Vietnamese customers by discovering and accelerating new startups in Vietnam.
In general, COO Builder invests in early stages startups, and we not only provide financial
support but also give startups a variety of multi-dimensional support.
COO Builder concentrates on “company building” which is the core activity of our purposes. All services including capital supports to the commercialized real-time for good ideas are provided exclusively by COO Builder. Therefore, COO Builder is increasingly participating in business activities in the early stages, and with our co-founders together come up with unique ideas to effectively foster businesses.
When each project achieves the certain setting goals, the project will be transformed into an independent legal entity and be able to run all operations independently.
At that point, COO Builder will play a role as a financial investor as well as consultant. Before separating into an independent legal entity, you will work under COO Builder’s control and jointly conduct projects with COO Builder's employees.
So, who are we looking for?
We are currently looking for a Mobile Application Representative Manager for our new project. At the moment, the application development is in its final stages of completion and trial use. Your main current tasks are to ensure the data source stable, increase app downloads and users while promoting and pushing strong user activity and interaction between users.
On the other hand, you will focus on carrying out tasks and conducting strategies for the growth of the application. Your role can be considered as the role of CEO, when you achieve our purposes and separate into an independent legal entity, you will take on the position of project’s director.
What are you going to do?
Together with the fully support of our members of COO Builder, you are going to set up strategies and operations. As mentioned above, this is the same role as a founder (CEO), so you will work in multi-area, you will be in charge of handling a variety of tasks which are planning, target setting, recruitment, marketing, sales & promotions,... based on each developing stage.

Why you? What makes you a fit in?
You are someone who has experience in the field of application business and living in Vietnam, whether it's success or failure, if you already have start-up experience or worked for startups then you are the one we looking for. That's why we prefer Generalist rather than Specialist, and above all have the language ability in either English or Korean.
If you are a novice and have no experience in particular fields (eg Beauty, F&B) but you have full capacity of set up your own insights, the ability to learn and approach quickly. If you have an acuter sense of developing markets, there's nothing better than you whom we are looking for!

Working hours: 9 AM - 6 PM (5 days per week)

Salary range depends on candidate’s capacity, we offer 40,000,000 VND/month as the gross. After separating into an independent legal entity, you can offer recommendation on your own salary based on company’s capital and business situation (you will have full power to decide the salary of your own employees when having a separate legal entity).
The first 3 months will be conducted under a short-term contract (three-month contract) and the next 3 months will be transferred to a formal contract or an independent legal entity contract, depending on the stage of completion of the set objectives. However, in case the goal of project and application development are not achieved for some objective reason, but you are a person with abilities, and skills are I would also love to welcome you into one of COO Builder's other projects (voluntarily by both parties and agreed upon).
On the contrary, if the project is resounded successfully and converted into an independent legal entity, we will re-divide a part of the shares of that project (agreement) to be worthy of your efforts.
